Each 2-capsule serving contains vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 300 mg, quercetin dihydrate 400 mg, stinging nettles leaf powder 400 mg, bromelain (2,400 GDU/g, from pineapple) 100 mg and N-acetyl-L-cysteine 50 mg.
