About Our Shipping

We ship packages via UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and other carriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Products are shipped directly from a distribution center near you, including Flushing, NY, and other strategically located centers.

Once your order ships and tracking is provided, delivery is managed by the carrier. For delivery issues, the carrier must be contacted directly.

  • New York
  • Colorado
  • Nevada
  • Pennsylvania
  • Wisconsin

Order Timing:
Orders placed before 3 p.m. CT typically ship the same day for Standard Process Products. MediHerb liquid products will take up to 7 days to ship out because they are special orders. Non-Standard Process products will ship out within 5-Business Days, although we try to ship faster when our warehouse has the product in stock. 

However, we recommend placing orders by 1 p.m. CT, especially on the first Monday of each month or the day following a holiday, as these days experience higher order volumes.

Shipping Options and Costs:

  • When placing your order, you'll receive an estimated delivery date along with available shipping options and costs.
  • Free 2-business day shipping is available for Standard Process Brand orders over $99 within the United States.
  • International shipping is available but does not qualify for a flat rate. Costs will vary depending on the destination and carrier options selected at checkout.

Carrier-Specific Delivery Times:
Here are the estimated delivery times for different shipping options:

  • UPS Worldwide Saver: Delivery within 1-3 business days, typically by end of the next possible business day.
  • DHL Express Worldwide: Delivery by the end of the next possible business day.
  • FedEx International Economy: Delivery within 2-5 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail International: Delivery within 6-10 business days.
  • USPS First-Class Package International: Delivery times vary by destination.

Important Notes on Delivery:
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unexpected circumstances (e.g., weather delays, strikes, insufficient delivery information, or refusal of delivery) may affect shipping times. Additionally, delivery is subject to product availability at our distribution centers.
