I bought it for a family member and proceeded to use it myself. I was trimming hedge and mulching leaves when allergies flared up more than normal. I took the Clear Hist, within 20 minutes my sinuses settled down. Since that day, I've been taking it regularly to help protect me from fall allergy season. I've noticed it also helps me when exposed to others who have had recent shots like the flu, etc. I have also been taking it anytime I have to take a family member to doctor appointments since the air quality is not so pleasant.
