Firstly, Standard Process is the best. I love all of their products. I found the lactic acid yeast wafers easy to chew. I feel like I have done something right by my body by trying to remove the yeast and mold.

Not sure why some people can't take the taste

Not sure why some people can't take the taste,. Perhaps they never had to take Caster Oil. For me it wasn't bad at all, just chewed it up and swallowed some water.
