I take spark plug first thing in the morning for my thyroid, but I would get really tired around 3:00pm...I thought it might be my adrenals and so after my morning coffee I take 2 adrenal desiccated tablets and wow I no longer crash at 3:00pm so Amazing! It's the first time in 16 years that I feel great in the afternoon!
